Becoming part of PMO Resource’s (PMOR) Human Asset Database is a privilege afforded only to those Applicants who have been successfully vetted by PMOR’s proprietary Project Professional Profiling Process (P4). By submitting their Profile and Resume to PMOR, each Human Asset Applicant (Applicant) understands, and agrees to, the following:
Commitment
PMOR’s P4 process spans several weeks and requires a commitment of both time and focus on the part of Applicants and mutually on the part of PMOR. Requirements may include, completing forms and questionnaires, and related information gathering, as well as interviews.
Confidentiality
For the purpose of PMOR assessing Applicant’s qualifications for available applicable positions within Clients of PMOR, all conversations and correspondence, including Applicant’s Profile, Resume and other required forms, as well as conversations and correspondence with individuals whose names have been provided by Applicant will be captured and maintained on PMOR’s secure servers. Successfully vetted Applicant’s information will be entered into PMOR’s secure Human Asset Database - accessible only by the professionals at PMOR. It will be at the discretion of PMOR as to what information obtained from Applicant, and related sources, is shared with Clients in presenting Applicant’s qualifications. All information obtained relating to Applicant will not be disclosed to any party other than appropriate Clients. Applicant also agrees to regard all information relating to PMOR’s proprietary P4 process as confidential.
Full Disclosure
Applicant will be totally forthright and honest in all conversations and correspondence, including Applicant’s Profile, Resume and other required forms.
Classification
Applicants accepted into PMOR’s Human Asset Database will be classified by PMOR as a Level I, II, III or IV based solely upon our assessment of Applicant’s qualifications. Applicant will be informed of what needs to take place to move up to the next level, if applicable.
Communications
Applicants will be responsible for ensuring their reasonable availability during the P4 process and, if successful, during subsequent meetings with Clients and/or PMOR professionals. Applicants are responsible for providing both private telephone and video conferencing (e.g. Webcam with microphone) capabilities. PMOR or a selected no-cost/low-cost provider (e.g. Skype) may provide the video conferencing platform.
Relationship
Once an Applicant’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications have been determined and verified and the Applicant has been assigned a Level and entered into the Human Asset Database, PMOR will assume the role of Advocate for the Applicant when working with organizations seeking Project Management professionals. PMOR will also assume the role of Mentor, making recommendations relating to the professional advancement of the Applicant. If Applicant’s preference is to be a contractor, PMOR may also assume the role of Employer – placing applicant in a contract-consulting role within one of PMOR’s Clients.
Fees
Applicants are not required to pay a fee to PMOR for the opportunity to be part of the Human Asset Database.
Compensation
Preferred compensation, either salary or hourly rate will be provided by Applicant. PMOR makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, that the positions presented will match those preferences. PMOR will always seek the best compensation available for all vetted professionals in our Human Asset Database.
