The Employment Options we offer Project Professionals who seek to be vetted and become a vital component of our Human Asset Inventory include the following:
1. Full-time Employee - On-site or virtual Asset is hired by Client for a position within Client's organization with normal available benefits provided. Employee will work with Client-provided technology. Covered expenses will be reimbursed by Client.
2. Part-time Employee - On-site or virtual Asset is hired by Client for a position within Client's organization with expectation of hours/week typically not exceeding 20 hours and appropriate available benefits are provided. Employee will work with Client-provided technology. Covered expenses will be reimbursed by Client.
3. Temporary Employee - On-site or virtual Asset is hired by Client for a position within Client's organization with expectation of a known ending date usually related to project duration and appropriate available benefits are provided, Employee will work with Client-provided technology. Covered expenses will be reimbursed by Client.
4. On-site Full-time/Part-time/Temporary Contractor - Asset is under contract for a fixed hourly/monthly rate as a "1099 Employee" with all rights and privileges of an employee except benefits. Per Federal guidelines, 1099 Employee will provide all necessary technology. Rights to all resulting Intellectual Property pass to the Client. Contractor is responsible for all incurred expenses.
5. Virtual Full-time/Part-time/Temporary Contractor - Asset is under contract for a fixed hourly/monthly rate as a "1099 Employee" without benefits and Asset works out of a "virtual office." Per Federal guidelines, 1099 Employee will provide all necessary technology. Rights to all resulting Intellectual Property pass to the Client. Contractor is responsible for all incurred expenses.
