The Project Professionals who meet our rigorous standards are assigned to one of the following levels based upon the results of our P4 process:
- I - Project Advisor
- II - Senior Project Manager
- III - Project Manager
- IV - Project Leader
These Project Professionals are included in our proprietary Human Asset Database and then, and only then, are eligible to be presented to a client. Once in the database, Project Professionals are encouraged to take advantage of our Career Counseling and Career Development Programs to enhance their knowledge and experience such that they are able to move to a higher level to meet whatever personal or financial objectives they may have. The Program currently includes a knowledge gap analysis and a recommended curriculum of available courses, facilitating specific work assignments and personal mentoring. Once accepted into our Human Asset Database, all Project Professionals will be offered the opportunity to participate.
